Conflict Coaching is defined as a set of skills and strategies used to support peoples' ability to engage in, manage, or productively resolve conflict. In this process, the Conflict Coach works one-on-one with a coachee experiencing conflict with another person.
This expands to areas such as Co-workers, Parent/Teacher relationships, Marriages and co-habitation of partners, as well as conflict between peers at school.
Certified Divorce Coach registered with ICR
A Divorce Coach can serve many roles within the divorce. They are most commonly thought of as providing an emotional support structure regarding the challenges related to co-parenting.
I can work with one or both parties to develop plans that resolve parenting issues.
I also help with improving communication, how to approach divorce negotiations, coach on healing post the relationship, and help clients make realistic plans to move on and live happy lives.
